Return Window

You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items damaged through improper use are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at orgchart@myflexboard.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. To cancel, contact us immediately at orgchart@myflexboard.com. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the package.
